Whoever decided to turn the tower into an accessible tourist attraction definitely made the right decision! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tokyo Tower stands at a jaw-dropping <a href=\"https:\/\/www.japan-guide.com\/e\/e3009.html#:~:text=Standing%20333%20meters%20high%20in,its%20model%2C%20the%20Eiffel%20Tower.\"><strong>333 metres<\/strong><\/a>, making it the largest self-supporting tower in the world. <em>However<\/em>, does this height account for many things being included inside the tower itself, or does it just provide for good views?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, what is inside the Tokyo Tower? <strong> From a cafe, a club with live Jazz music, a skywalk window, the city\u2019s highest located shrine and mesmerising LED lights. There is more than enough to do inside Tokyo Tower.<\/strong> <strong>While the majority of things to do at Tokyo Tower are on the bottom floor, the observation decks still have plenty included inside them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tokyo Tower is <strong><em>much <\/em>more<\/strong> than just a structure with good views. It is a full-on tourist attraction with plenty to do and see. <strong>However<\/strong>, there is much more inside Tokyo Tower than what I have <em>already mentioned<\/em>. Let\u2019s take a look at what you can do on each floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Is Inside Of Foot Town At Tokyo Tower?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Foot Town stands at the base of Tokyo Tower. It is a 4-story building which arguably, provides the most attraction for tourists; apart from the views of the observation decks of course. This is due to the sheer amount of things to see, do and buy within Foot Town.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s break it down <strong>floor-by-floor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/LlWlxnFf2uwOSWKLlKugm3DFBRiWRtRA8TZls-wB0u8O37Oh2BxqJspeE4B1g-RDQ2J9ARIK2yRT1iAr2EA5D_zNATJtB1OAoPlrlnsAyzztQXJGw6sv5dSpJnBF1NzVBM7EZlpxSFFA4KjB-l4kft4\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>First Floor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite only being the first floor of Foot Town there is plenty of things on offer. As you first walk in, there is the <strong>welcome lounge<\/strong> that provides many museum-like displays and videos which show and teach the visitors about the history of the tower.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you pass the welcome lounge on the first floor, you will enter the main hall. This is where you will find plenty of things to do. There is a <strong>restaurant<\/strong> called <a href=\"https:\/\/shokudo.red-brand.jp\/\"><strong>RED Shokudo<\/strong><\/a>, providing classic Japanese meals <strong><em>both <\/em><\/strong>on a <strong>set meal <\/strong>and <strong>a la carte<\/strong> menu. If you are in the mood for something a bit sweeter, you can check out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tripadvisor.co.uk\/Restaurant_Review-g14129730-d13861583-Reviews-Marion_Crepes_Tokyo_Tower-Shibakoen_Minato_Tokyo_Tokyo_Prefecture_Kanto.html\">Marion Crepes<\/a> to cure your sweet tooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Putting food aside, there are also <strong>activities for the kids<\/strong> to participate in while you are still on the first floor. These activities consist of both a playground and a <a href=\"https:\/\/tokyotower.red-brand.jp\/activities\/boat-race\/\">VR boat race experience<\/a>. So, rest assured that if you have kids with you, they will not go to Tokyo Tower without being entertained.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On the first floor, you can also purchase your tickets for both the main and top deck of Tokyo Tower. There is also an elevator for those of you who do not wish to take the stairs for the remainder of your tower experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Second Floor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The second floor of Foot Town is primarily based for shopping and eating. With <strong>just short<\/strong> of <strong>10 <\/strong>food stalls and cafe\u2019s being available on this floor, you can be sure that whatever food you are craving, is available on your trip to Tokyo Tower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those of you shopping addicts, there are plenty of shops available on the second floor selling merchandise, toys, tech and even jewellery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Third Floor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>third floor <\/strong>of Foot Town at Tokyo Tower serves as the <strong>official merchandise floor<\/strong> of the tower itself. While on this floor you can expect to buy things such as<strong> photos<\/strong> taken on the observation decks, an <strong>official merch store<\/strong> and the <strong>Tower Gallery<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also available on the third floor, is yet another cafe <strong>(yep, you wont go hungry at Tokyo Tower)<\/strong> and Komori Sports Massage. <strong>Who knows<\/strong>, if you choose to take the steps up to the observation decks, you may feel like getting a massage on your way back down!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fourth Floor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On the fourth floor is a variety of different video games provided by <a href=\"https:\/\/tokyotower.red-brand.jp\/\"><strong>RED Tokyo Tower<\/strong><\/a>, a brand added to Tokyo Tower in <strong>2022<\/strong> to spread awareness and interest of <strong>E-Sports<\/strong> in Tokyo. This is the first point of contact visitors will get in which they can start to appreciate the Tokyo Tower for what it really is, the<strong> tallest self-supporting<\/strong> tower on the entire planet.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main deck is split into two floors, both of which have a fair amount of things to do. Let\u2019s kick things off with the first floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The first floor <\/strong>of the main deck of Tokyo tower includes\u2026 You guessed it, another cafe! However, this one can be noted as an exception because let\u2019s be honest, when else can you enjoy a nice hot coffee at <strong>150m in the air<\/strong>?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have really had enough of the cafes located at Tokyo Tower though, rest assured. <a href=\"https:\/\/cityseeker.com\/tokyo\/657080-club-333\"><strong>Club 333<\/strong><\/a> is a live music bar\/club that provides an amazing experience. Listen to Jazz or watch a comedy event with a view like no other.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For you <strong>thrill seekers<\/strong>, if you find cafes or clubs with live events slightly boring, perhaps you should consider <strong>the skywalk window<\/strong>. The skywalk window is a piece of glass on the floor where you can literally look down all the way to street level. Safe to say, I passed on this one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/XVXnRkC6ynljiz23cuHA0ir3a_ejxpHBNM9eSYUI3yOgyXdZhAdm766GL-0VUKblfZicXUSqd5OSsBwp1TsYjW8SrgZts0UeR6-nFEBtqPCrtUqhe0RNDowN7iSvx0OOQXlp5oPOAdFG5JqTvDP-xrw\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The second floor<\/strong> of the main deck in Tokyo Tower also has a few things to offer for its tourists. One of the most unique things Tokyo Tower has to offer is located right here on the second floor of the main deck, and that is \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/tokyo\/things-to-do\/tower-daijingu\"><strong>Tower Daijingu<\/strong><\/a>\u2019. This is the city\u2019s highest-standing shrine. It\u2019s not very often you find a shrine at 150 metres in the air\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exploring further in the second floor you can expect to see an official Tokyo Tower shop called \u2018The Sky\u2019 and of course, the Top Deck entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>It is required to pay the entry fee for the Top Deck to progress further up the tower from this point<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Is Inside The Top Deck Of The Tokyo Tower?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Standing at an astounding 250m above street level, you can find the Top Deck of Tokyo Tower. In all honesty, the Top Deck is the most lacklustre floor in the whole tower, but for good reason.
