I wonder what the view is like from up there!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, good news as the Tokyo Skytree has <strong>not one<\/strong>, but <strong><em>two <\/em><\/strong>observation decks. Snap pictures of the Tokyo skyline to your heart\u2019s content from the height of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.japanistry.com\/tokyo-skytree\/#:~:text=At%20634%20meters%20Tokyo%20Skytree,decks%20at%20350m%20and%20450m.\"><strong>350m<\/strong> or <strong>450m<\/strong><\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Tembo Deck(350m) <\/strong>is the lower of the two observation levels, and is the basic booking option for the Skytree observation. This deck features <strong>5m high glass<\/strong> that provides for perfect 360-degree views of the city.&nbsp; Don\u2019t be worried about it being the lower of the two levels, it is still very high!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Tembo Galleria(450m) <\/strong>is the highest observation point of the whole Skytree tower. It features a <strong>glass spiralling<\/strong> staircase that goes up from floor 445 to floor 450. This observation deck puts you at the highest viewpoint of Tokyo, while giving you the feeling of walking in the sky. For the thrill-seekers who want to see the highest point of the Skytree, be sure to book the <strong>Tambo Galleria Deck<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can book tickets for the Tembo Deck on the 4F entrance floor via <strong>Tokyo Skytree Town<\/strong>. You can purchase tickets for this online also, but I <strong>highly recommend<\/strong> buying them from <strong>the counter<\/strong> on the day. This will <strong>avoid you being disappointed<\/strong> on foggy or rainy days, where it makes it harder to see the views!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To buy tickets for the Tembo Galleria Deck, you can only do this via floor 350 <strong>a.k.a<\/strong> <em>the Tembo Deck<\/em>. So, you have to purchase a ticket to the lower floor if you want to go to the highest observation point. Lunch courses can cost up to <strong>\u00a58,712($80 USD) <\/strong>per person, and dinner courses can go as high as <strong>\u00a530,492($280 USD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeah, that is insane money\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Especially when you think that a meal for one at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sushi-jiro.jp\/dining-at-jiro\/\"><strong>Sukiyabashi Jiro<\/strong><\/a>(home of the worlds best sushi, allegedly), costs around <strong>\u00a532,700<\/strong>. Personally, I would rather pay for the <strong>worlds best sushi<\/strong>, over Tokyo\u2019s best dining view. Of course, Sukiyabashi Jiro is not easy to reserve and requires a lot of special steps to even get a booking there. But you know, the money really puts into perspective how expensive <a href=\"https:\/\/restaurant.tokyo-skytree.jp\/english\/\"><strong>Sky Restaurant 634<\/strong><\/a><em> <\/em>is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m <strong>not <\/strong>by any means saying that their food isn\u2019t good, <strong>I have no idea<\/strong>! Their food may be just as good at Sukiyabashi Jiro, only those who have tried both would know! I just feel that it is <strong>a lot<\/strong> of money for <strong>just food<\/strong>, especially when you are seeing the view either way, with or without the meal&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Truth be told, this is a very common occurrence in these unique and record-breaking landmarks. Dinner courses in The Shard in London are probably even more expensive than the Skytree. It\u2019s located in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tokyo-skytreetown.jp\/english\/\"><strong>Tokyo Skytree Town<\/strong><\/a>, which is a dedicated area that surrounds the base of the Japanese tower.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s definitely <strong><em>not <\/em><\/strong>the largest aquarium in all of Tokyo, and <strong>probably not<\/strong> the first choice of an aquarium for people to visit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>However<\/strong>, it is a great activity to do on the day of visiting the Skytree if you have an hour or two spare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aquarium itself features around <strong>7000<\/strong> sea creatures! The main attraction is without a doubt the <strong>penguins<\/strong>, the <strong>fur seals<\/strong> and the <strong>jellyfish<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The admission fee for an adult is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sumida-aquarium.com\/en\/about\/price\/index.html\"><strong>\u00a52,300<\/strong><\/a><strong>($21.15 USD)<\/strong>.
